With less than a day to go to the biggest challenge of my life so far, people keep asking me how do I feel? I generally reply with a laugh and a “I just want to get on with it now”. The truth is I do want to get on with it - I don’t think I will ever feel like I've done enough training but then how could I possibly prepare to walk 3 of the highest peaks in the UK, cycle 700 miles and run a marathon all in a week.
After my last long run of my marathon training at the weekend, my legs were tired. So at the minute I'm struggling to get my head around how my legs will feel after 700 miles on the bike!
This week has been a quiet week of training with just a couple of steady gym sessions before we leave for Scotland on Friday.
