There's nothing like a bit of healthy competition to keep your motivation high. So the aim of this challenge is to lose as many pounds and attend as many fitness sessions as possible throughout January and February.
This gives you the chance to compete against a set target in order to increase your fitness and help towards your overall goals.
We'll take your starting point at your official weigh-in and a final weigh-in takes place at the end of February - with some great prizes to be won! You'll also gain points along the way for simply attending the gym, a class or having a swim.
There are 5 prizes to be won, including:
