We are looking for a Catering Supervisor* with catering experience preferably in a fast-food environment with a good understanding of the Food Standards Agency’s, ‘Safer Food, Better Business,’ working practices. Possession of Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification would also be advantageous. The successful candidate will work alongside our current Catering Supervisor on the following rota in our fast paced Beachside Diner at Pendle Wavelengths, Nelson.
