The ACE Centre’s Courtyard Bistro has been awarded a 5* Food Hygiene Rating following a food safety inspection.
The popular Nelson town centre eatery received a rave review from Pendle Council, with comments about its excellent allergen assessment and how records are kept in excellent order.
ACE Centre Manager, Sean Lawler, is delighted with the accolade, saying it is a credit to his chefs and catering staff to be recognised, not only for the quality of food the bistro produces, but for the behind-the-scenes hygiene standards that are sustained.
He said: “We have received 5 star ratings since we opened 10 years ago and it is very important that we maintain these consistent high standards at all times.”
