How do we Compare?

Pendle Leisure Trust is ‘Tried and TRUSTed’ - having served the people of Pendle for more than 20 years.

Last October the Trust celebrated its 20th anniversary and has come a long way from its creation in 2000 to what it is today.

Pendle Leisure Trust’s Chief Executive, Alison Goode, said: “The Trust is a charitable, not for profit organization with our main emphasis on providing the local community with the very best in leisure facilities and activities for all the family of all ages and abilities.

We are a one-stop shop, providing a wide range of activities – from gym and exercise classes to swimming - all under one roof, at affordable prices and at numerous, convenient locations.

It’s not just our facilities and services we take pride in, it’s also offering our customers and members the very best experience in fitness and leisure when they are at our centres; as well as our qualified, friendly staff offering the personal touch, our community-based schemes - Up and Active and The Good Life Project - and all the added extras, including over 25 member benefits.

As we slowly emerge from this pandemic, the one thing that has been made perfectly clear throughout is the importance of physical activity for people’s health and well-being – and these local community facilities are there to support that.”

Caring for people over profits, with all money made being put back into improving and upgrading facilities and services, the Trust’s number one priority is to improve physical and mental health and well-being in a fun, friendly and family-orientated environment.
