Pendle’s Inside Spa has been awarded a 2015 TripAdvisor Centre of Excellence.
Inside Spa now joins fellow Pendle Leisure Trust centre, Urban Altitude, in being recognised for consistently great reviews.
From 81 reviews, the Spa has received 72 excellent to very good ratings and is ranked number one of things to do in Nelson.
The TripAdvisor award has served as a lynchpin of quality for the last 5 years and is only given to establishments which regularly achieve the highest reviews.
Beverley Hinnigan, Spa Manager of Inside Spa, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for the Trust and the Inside Spa team. In a day and age where people only tend to provide feedback for bad experiences, it is gives us immense pride that our customers take the time out to write about their experience with us. We are extremely grateful for all of our reviews and we will continue to ensure that our service is the best it can be.”
Inside Spa opened in 2007 and has since gone on to provide the Pendle borough with a muti-award winning setting to relax and unwind.
