After almost 18 months of lockdowns and restrictions, it looks like things are finally getting back to some form of normality… Now it’s time for you to get back to normal – both in body and mind.
It has been constantly stressed by health officials since the start of the pandemic just how important exercise is – and Pendle Leisure Trust has done its utmost to keep you active since the start of it last April.
Now with all facilities open, numbers for activities increased and most restrictions eased – it’s all systems go to get back to normal!
Some of us have put weight on, have not exercised as much and are still feeling anxious. It’s been great going for long walks in the countryside, but, for some, this may not be enough and you want a full body workout and to get back into an exercise routine.
With numerous facilities, a vast range of activities, experienced instructors and the reassurance it is safe to return – it’s now time to get your life back!
