The event takes place at 10am at Seedhill Athletics and Fitness Centre, Surrey Road, Nelson, where you can choose to run one, three or six miles around the track.

Sport Relief brings the entire nation together to get active, raise cash and change lives. The money raised is used to help people living incredibly tough lives, across the UK and the world’s poorest communities.

We're taking part in the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile on Sunday, March 20th and need local people to come together and make themselves proud by entering now.

Anthony Slater, the Trust’s Health and Fitness Manager, said: “We are taking part in the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile and we want as many people as possible to join us. There is a choice of miles to run and it is open to everyone, from little ones with their mums and dads, to runners up against the clock.

“In return for doing their bit, Pendle Leisure Trust is giving all those who take part a free afternoon of activities to show our appreciation.”
