1 - Physical Activity Programme*
This 12-week programme in partnership with Sport England, is focused on creating a healthy lifestyle by delivering safe and effective physical activity.
The programme will include:
• Supervised gym sessions
• Group circuits
• Strength and balance classes
• Emotional wellbeing and support
• Seated exercises
Is the programme for you?
• You must be aged 16+
• You must have at least one stable & controlled medical condition
• And you must be inactive (Less than 5x 30 mins of activity a week

2 - Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme*
A programme of cardiac rehabilitation and secondary prevention of heart disease for anyone who has previously suffered heart complications.How does the programme work?
• The programme runs for 12 weeks led by our Cardiac Rehabilitation Officer
• You will have an initial assessment prior, determining your eligibility for
the programme
• Each week, the programme will include a variety of sessions of
physical activity
Who Is this programme for?
Anyone diagnosed with a cardiac condition, provided that a referral form from a doctor can be obtained

3 - Eat Well, Keep Well Programme
This FREE educational programme (there is no physical activity) is suitable for anyone who wants to learn and understand about food and how to develop a healthier relationship with it.
How does the programme work?
• This free programme runs for 10 or 12-weeks and will include:
» Emotional wellbeing and support
» Topics and tips about food, drink and physical activity.
• There are up to 10 places available for each programme
Is the programme for you?• You must be aged 18+
• You must have a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 25 and 45
• You must have a Pendle Postcode
• Cannot be pregnant
