Pendle Leisure Trust is committed to your health and well-being.
Exercise is one of the keys to achieving a healthier lifestyle and following a regular exercise programme can help to improve your physical, mental and even social well-being. Exercise not only helps to make your heart work more effectively and can help tone and build strength, it also has a positive impact on how we feel, can help relieve stress and boost self-confidence.
We have range of activities across our outstanding facilities and in the community for our customers and members to access, including gyms, swimming pools, an athletics track, a golf course and power-assisted exercise circuit based at the FeelGood Factory. Exercising in high quality, sociable surroundings always helps, so do come and join us.
All classes must be pre-booked by calling the relevant centre.
Before using the gym, you will be required to pre-book an induction so you can be shown how to use the equipment properly by an instructor.
