This is a 60 minute exercise class split into 20 minutes cardio, 20 minutes strength and 20 minutes core….3 workouts in 1.

Aero Circuits

This class is designed increase your fitness levels and improve your overall health. The choreographed based exercise will also improve body shape and increase bone density.

Aerotone

A high energy class to get your heart pumping and body toning. A combination of high and low impact choreographed routines and toning session.

Boogie Bounce Circuits

A fun, fat burning class with alternating stations combining the Boogie Bounce trampolines with traditional cardio and toning exercises

Boot Camp

The class is varied each week and delivers a full body workout, incorporating elements of cardio, bodyweight exercises, resistance training and boxing.

Boot Camp Blast

This 30 minute class is varied each week and delivers a full body workout, incorporating elements of cardio, bodyweight exercises, resistance training and boxing.

Box Circuits

Punch your way to the perfect physique. Box Circuit is one of the most effective cardiovascular exercises around, focusing on endurance, speed and co-ordination. It’s fun, energetic and very addictive. Non-contact.

Boxercise

Buggy Boot Camp

We know that as a parent, finding free time can be tough and when your child is so young, each minute spent with them is precious - that's why we've devised our very own Buggy Boot Camps!

All of our sessions are run by fully-qualified instructors and are designed to help you with your fitness journey. Whatever your goal, whatever your objective, bring yourself, and your little one of course, to our Buggy Boot Camp.

Circuits

This is a running-based session that can be customized for all fi­tness levels. It will provide a high-intensity, fat-burning workout that will help you get stronger and improve your cardio ­fitness. The session combines strength training with cardio for a vigorous full-body workout.

Cycle Blast

This cycle class gets all your muscles working through simulating hill climbs and sprints, focusing on fitness/endurance/strength training and stamina.

It is a great workout which will have you pedalling frantically for a 30 minute blast!

Family Fitness Bootcamp

The Family Fitness Bootcamp class offers a varied class each week and delivers a full-body workout. It incorporates elements of cardio, body-weight exercises, resistance training, boxing and much more. Suitable for ages 8+

Family Fitness Boxercise

The Family Fitness Boxercise is a fun and friendly class that uses boxing style movements alongside a variety of exercises to help you and your family get in shape. Suitable for ages 8+

Freestyle HIIT

Free Style HIIT (High Intensity Training) a full body work out using various pieces of equipment, in short bursts

Group Fight

This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self-confidence!

Gym Circuits

A full body work out in the gym using various pieces of equipment in short bursts. 

Indoor Cycling

Cycling class simulating hill climbs and sprints which focus on fitness/endurance/strength training and stamina-great alternative to the outdoors

Lunchtime HIIT

This is a total body, heart-pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout designed to tone your body and improve your endurance

A very challenging – but fun – class!

Pedal-Core

Cycling class combined with off the bike training which will focus on your core simulating hill climbs and sprints which focus on fitness/endurance/strength training and stamina.

Spartan Fit

This takes place on our state of the art Spartan Rig. This super versatile class combines strength and cardio for an amazing full body workout.

Spin Circuit

Cycling class combined with off the bike training to vary your session up and get your cycling and circuit training hit in one. With various different exercises simulating hill climbs and sprints which focus on fitness/endurance/strength training and stamina.

Step

A style of training that involves aerobic movements, choreography and exercises, all based around a step. Work your whole body, elevate your heart rate and improve your co-ordination.You can adjust the height on the step to progress your workout if needed. You'll get a great cardio workout, toning your glutes, thighs and calves during this step fitness class.

Step- HIIT

Using a step box as the main focus ( High Intensity Training ) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, a 45 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a STEP Box.
