Advanced Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese Martial Art that combines the elements of good posture, controlled, relaxed movements and focused breathing to strengthen the body, improve general health and provide a sense of well-being. It strengthens the joints and tendons, improves balance and co-ordination, increases the internal strength of the body and provide a focused way of dealing with stress.

This class is ideal for those who have been doing Tai Chi for a while. 

Beginners Tai Chi

Intermediate Tai Chi

This class is ideal for those who have done a little bit of Tai Chi before and aren't complete beginners to Tai Chi. 

Iyenga Yoga

An excellent strength and flexibility workout while teaching very effective breathing and meditation techniques.

Pilates

This class focuses on building your inner core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetitions and low impact stretching and conditioning.

Pilates Plus

A low impact form of exercise designed to help improve core strength, posture and balance with aerobic work included

Power Yoga

A dynamic and challenging version of the discipline. Makes the body very strong and flexible. You must be healthy and reasonably ‑t and must have been practising Yoga for a while with technical knowledge of asana (postures).
