Sessions will take place Monday-Friday between 3pm and 5pm and every Saturday between 11am-3pm.
Our Teen Gym sessions are provided by expert members of staff in a fun, safe and supervised environment. We believe that the sooner your child participates in regular exercise, the more likely it is to become a habit. Our specially trained instructors will assist your child on the best ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
