Nichola Donoghue decided enough was enough and knew drastic action was needed after gaining numerous, unwanted, unhealthy pounds.
“The first step was joining the gym at West Craven Sports Centre. The second was meeting Sarah Cole - a fitness instructor who soon became an extremely important asset in my long road to a healthier existence.
“Sarah set me an achievable, challenging programme, whilst being mindful and understanding that I was by no means an Olympic athlete! Through her encouragement and motivation, I soon got into my stride - my weight dropping, my fitness levels improving and my feeling of well-being much enhanced.
“I now have three programmes, all working the full-body, giving me a varied gym experience which means I do not get bored with the same routine. I also attend several classes taken by Sarah, where she demonstrates her wide knowledge of her profession. The HIIT and Circuit classes always consist of different exercises, thus showing Sarah’s strong capability to encourage, advise and motivate a group, as well as an individual in a one-to-one session.
“I find Sarah professional, skilled and enthusiastic. She has no doubt played a large part in my results so far and is still keenly encouraging me to push on and reach my ultimate goal.”
