You can expect 12 weeks of fitness, nutrition, and mindset guidance tailored to you and to who you want to become. Whether you want to shed pounds, gain strength, improve your overall well-being, or just maintain a healthy lifestyle, we’ve got you covered. 

Our team of experienced fitness trainers and mindset coaches will provide valuable insights, tips, and advice to help you stay on track. We’re here to answer your questions and offer guidance every step of the way. 

We believe in the power of accountability. We will encourage you to share your goals and progress updates, and hold yourself accountable for your actions. Together, we’ll celebrate your achievements and help you overcome any obstacles.

The 12-week transformation course is available to start today for just £250.

The programme involves weekly check-ins with your assigned instructor where you will reflect on your week,
provide weight and measurement data, progress photos, as well as to discuss what you can do to continue your progress.

All information will be found in your personalised programme booklet upon signing up.

We also have a Facebook group available to all participants where you’ll find a tight-knit community of like-minded individuals who are on the same path of transformation. Share your successes, challenges, and progress, and let’s motivate each other to keep pushing forward.

"The 12-week programme has been great for multiple reasons, the main reasons being my fitness has improved and so has my confidence. Jordon has been an extremely supportive and knowledgeable coach - helping me to understand the benefits of regular weight training and the importance of managing my macros.

The weekly check-ins meant that I stayed accountable and on track. I'm now looking forward to building on this with the knowledge I've gained throughout the programme.

I'd been having PT sessions with Jordon for the 12 months prior to starting the programme focusing on weight training and incorporated what I'd learnt from him into my 12-week programme. What I really liked about the transformation was that Jordon was always on hand to answer any questions I had, varying from questions about the correct form for the exercises I was doing to nutritional support.

My advice to anyone doing the 12-week transformation is to make sure you stick to the calories and protein intake and to stay committed to the training even if you're finding it tough. Register your interest in the 12-week programme by completing the below form and one of our instructors will be in touch. 

Or you can sign up in person at  Pendle Leisure CentrePendle Wavelengths, or West Craven Sports Centre.

T&Cs:  Activo membership is not included in the price of the programme and membership is not essential to partake in the programme. The price of the programme is £250. Once a contract of participation has been mutually agreed upon and confirmed, no refunds will be given, however, we will either refund or delay due to medical reasons although full proof will be required.
