"My daughter had her birthday party on Saturday evening at wavelengths. I just had to email to say it was an absolute blast! The kids kept saying it was the best party ever!! The team were well organised, the receptionist was most efficient and helpful. The young lady in the cafe was most helpful, hardworking and efficient. The lifeguards were fun, super organised, friendly and helpful. The manager was accommodating and efficient. All in all I would like you to pass on our sincere gratitude and thanks for making our birthday girl super happy and making it a birthday party she will never forget. 3. Bookings:
(i) A booking can be made in person or by telephone.
4. Bookings/Deposits/Balance payments:
(i) A non-refundable 50% deposit is required when booking a party at any of the Pendle Leisure Trust facilities, except for the inflatable
parties which will require a non-refundable £100 deposit.
(ii) In the event of your cancellation of a party (for any reason) deposits will not be refunded. In certain circumstances, a transfer of the deposit to an alternative date may be considered but is at the absolute discretion of Pendle Leisure Trust.
(iii) Balance payments are due 2 days before the day of your party.
5. All visitors must adhere to the Trusts procedures and policies
(i) Children under 8 and non-swimmers MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult at ALL times when in the pool.
(ii) Party parent/guardian will be responsible for the care and supervision of all guests, including children who are left by their parents whilst attending your child’s party. We recommend one adult for every five children.
(iii) Parents and adult guests are welcome to watch the Birthday celebrations. You are welcome to photograph/film your party in the private party room and inflatable party but not during public swim.
(iv) It is the responsibility of the party parents/host(s) to inform the centre staff of any allergen information for any birthday meals catered by The Trust
