Young athletes begin with a multi-event, Run, Jump and Throw programme. As athletes progress they may wish to focus on specific disciplines - Sprint, Endurance, Jumps or Throws.
Athletes compete in affiliated leagues at track and field and cross country and have the opportunity to progress to County, Regional and National competitions. England Athletics qualified coaches organise the training sessions. All coaches, via England Athletics, are DBS checked every three years and also complete a Safeguarding and First Aid course every three years. |

Pendle AC welcomes members of all abilities from the age of 7 years. Our main training sessions are on Monday and Wednesday 7-8 pm.
