RabRab Nawaz

I've always been an avid sports fan & I'm passionate about the gym environment & weight lifting. It's something I've always loved doing & I'm pleased to say it's also my profession - I'm proud to be part of the Pendle Wavelengths team. Whatever your aim, I'll help you reach your goal. I base my sessions on motivation, dedication & hard work. So, whether it's weight loss/gain, strength training or something more specific, I'll be there to guide you along the way.

FionaFiona Cowgill

I've always been passionate about sport & fitness - it's something I pursued throughout my academic career. I'm also a qualified fitness instructor & personal trainer, keen runner & netball player, plus I teach a number of group exercise classes each week. Having lost three stones in weight, I can relate to the struggles of a weight less journey - I've lived & breathed it & come out stronger. I know how hard it can be without the right support & guidance... which is why I make it my mission to help you smash your goals!

I'm passionate about the sports/fitness industry & have followed this passion throughout my career & studies, including a degree in Sports Business & Coaching. I'm also a qualified coach, fitness instructor & personal trainer. I'm motivated & always strive to improve my knowledge & fitness to help you reach your goals. I'll help you build your confidence & give you the platform you need to train effectively & stay motivated. Don’t worry if you think your goal is unachievable… with my help, you’ll achieve it!

SuzanneSuzanne Blackburn

I've been into fitness & running from a young age & have a number of fitness qualifications, from cardio rehab & personal training to group exercise classes. I'm also a qualified swimming teacher & gymnastics instructor. I've worked with many different clients, from those with heart conditions to those training for marathons; so whatever your goal, I can help you get there. I'm passionate about fitness, love my job & dedicated to what I do - I've worked for Pendle Leisure Trust for 35 years!

I'm obsessed with all things training, sports, athletics & personal improvement. I believe everyone has great potential; we just need help unleashing our natural power! As a personal trainer, I can help you do just that. I specialise in specific sports conditioning, martial arts (my passion), running & problem solving, so I can help you hit your goals, whatever they may be. I'll work closely with you during training - every person is unique & every session is different, so I'll make sure you always get the best out of your training.

I've worked in the health/fitness industry for several years - it's something I really enjoy. I've got numerous qualifications, including personal training, swimming teaching, exercise classes & lots more! My main experiences & specialisations are group fitness classes, including Boogie Bounce, Indoor Cycling & Boxercise, to name a few! Fitness is my biggest passion & I love helping people reach their personal targets. Whether your goal is losing weight, toning or strengthening, I'll help you get there.

DannyDanny Owens

I've got a number of fitness qualifications, including a Sports Studies degree & level 3 personal training, plus lots of experience & knowledge of the industry - so helping you smash your fitness goals won't be a problem! My own journey began with body building, so I know what it takes to tone, lose fat & build muscle. I've also taken part in triathlons & enjoy running, cycling & swimming - so transitioning from one extreme to another is nothing new to me. I'm passionate, understanding & determined, so however you want to transform your body, I'll help you crush your goals.

I have over five years’ experience & a number of fitness qualifications under my belt. I’ve been a gym-goer for many years - I was a regular at the gym & group classes & lost four stones in total... that was just the start of my passion for exercise! I’ve since become a black belt in Ju Jit Su, certified personal trainer & group instructor. Whatever your goal, I’ll be there to help & guide you on your journey, motivating you to be your very best & hit your goals.

I'm a friendly, enthusiastic & motivational fitness & class instructor & I cover a range of classes from Boxercise & H.I.I.T to Indoor Cycling & Kettlebell. I'm a level three personal trainer & can work with you to help you reach your targets & keep you motivated. I've worked in the fitness industry for the past 10 years & it's my aim to help you achieve your personal health & fitness goals - I'm here to share my knowledge & experience to guide you in the right direction, so why not pop in for a chat!

I've been involved in sports & athletics from a young age, which has lead me to a career in the industry. I'm a qualified personal trainer, have achieved a Sports Coaching degree & also teach several group exercise classes. My biggest passion is weight lifting - I believe it's beneficial for everyone. After having my daughter, I used my training & knowledge to get back into shape. This has given me a great insight & understanding into exercise for pre & post-natal clients, as I understand the importance of getting back into exercise at the right pace for your body.

NickNick Treitl

I'm a level 3 personal trainer & a UK running coach. I've always taken part in sports & particularly enjoy outdoor activities like cycling, rock climbing, mountain biking & fell running. I've competed in numerous fell races & also coach junior runners. My work in the gym is fundamental to my outdoor activities, so I've got a great understanding of how your work outs can complement other sports. I can provide advice, guidance & support & create a plan that helps you reach your goals.

Whether you prefer one-to-one or group sessions, we have the package and trainer to suit your needs. Our personal trainers are available to both Activo members and non-members.
