Seedhill Athletics and Fitness Centre is introducing a NEW RUNNING CLUB!
Zero to 5k Hero will take place on Monday evenings 6.30 pm – 7.30pm, starting on June 7th
With a tailor-made running programme for each individual participant, the sessions will be led by instructor Shaun Windle
The programme will run for 10 weeks and there are a maximum of 15 places available

This club is for beginners to intermediate runners aiming towards developing and improving your 5km runs, providing on-going support programmes and gym advice to supplement your running goals
