Pendle Leisure centres enjoy new KO8 equipment

Thursday, 1st October 2015

Pendle Leisure Trust works hard to keep up with the latest fitness trends and has now introduced the new KO8 system, which is the latest addition to the fitness market.

K08 combines a suspension trainer with resistance bands and caterers for all fitness goals and ability levels, opening up a completely different world of movements that focus on the stability muscles, core strength and plyometrics, giving an efficient variety of training possibilities in one class.

Pendle Leisure Trust’s Health and Fitness Manager, Anthony Slater. Said: “As soon as I saw the K08 bands in action, I could see the amazing benefits it could give our customers and wasted no time in bringing them to our centres.

“Our team of personal trainers and class instructors met with Kieran Owens, the inventor and owner of KO8, and took part in an intense training day. My staff really bought into the product and could not wait to introduce this to our customers. No matter what your fitness goal is, the KO8 can play a big part in helping you achieve it, as well as giving you that fun and enjoyment aspect to your training.”

KO8 is available at three of Pendle Leisure Trust’s facilities – Pendle Leisure Centre, Colne, West Craven Sports Centre, Barnoldswick and Pendle Wavelengths, once it re-opens. The classes are already proving to be very popular.
